Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Your order is then prepared for direct shipment to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States, the current estimated transit time is 6–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Duties & Taxes

United States orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. Under our current fulfillment arrangement, applicable shipping duties and tariffs are included in the DDP shipping arrangement, so customers are not expected to pay additional delivery fees for those charges.
